Carlos Zarazaga is a highly qualified economist with a career spanning more than three decades dedicated to the analysis of macroeconomic issues relevant to the global economy. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Minnesota and a degree from the School of Economics at the University of Buenos Aires. He developed much of his career in the United States Federal Reserve System, in various positions including Executive Director of the Center for Latin American Economies and Senior Economist and Economic Policy Advisor at the Dallas Fed. His research has resulted in publications in books and academic journals, some of them in collaboration with Nobel Prize laureates such as Finn Kydland. He currently applies his knowledge and extensive professional experience at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and Southern Methodist University in Dallas, exploring the new perspectives that Artificial Intelligence can bring to a better understanding of aspects of how the economy works that are of interest to various sectors. In his role as LAA's exclusive independent economist, Zarazaga brings technical and academic rigor to the studies and analyses required by the projects.

Natalia Raffo Quintana brings to LAA solid experience of more than 20 years in the comprehensive and strategic management of projects. A graduate in Political Science from UBA (with honors), and a specialist in Public Policy Management and Control and Urban and Regional Planning, she stands out for her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage networks in highly complex environments. Her experience in working with international credit and cooperation agencies is key to facilitating funding and ensuring compliance with global standards. She has participated in key areas such as local infrastructure, urban transportation, health, education, the environment, etc. With a comprehensive vision that combines attention to detail with adaptive planning, Natalia ensures efficient execution focused on tangible results in each of the firm's initiatives.
