Pedro Insussarry is a prominent executive with experience in financial transformation, with a strong track record leading highly complex processes. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Belgrano and has executive training at Universidad de San Andrés, Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and Kellogg (Northwestern University). He built a more than 25-year career at Grupo Telecom, where he served as CFO, participating in major transactions such as the Telecom-Cablevisión merger, the Group's financial restructuring, and the structuring of bank financing, capital markets financing, and financing with multilateral organizations (including IFC and IDB). His experience includes administrative and financial restructuring in technology and artificial intelligence companies, as well as business management in the agricultural sector. At LAA, Pedro contributes his extensive negotiation skills, systemic vision, and experience in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring operational solidity in every project.

Víctor Hugo Peirone brings to LAA his solid specialization of more than 20 years in energy economics, mining, and development banking. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and an MSc from the London School of Economics (LSE), and stands out for his long career as Senior Economist at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), where he mobilized financing for minerals and infrastructure projects in Latin America. His deep knowledge of critical minerals (copper, lithium, molybdenum, uranium, etc.) and the energy transition is essential for designing decarbonization and electric mobility strategies. With a global perspective that connects the private sector with multilateral lending institutions, Víctor ensures technical rigor and regulatory risk analysis in structuring large-scale investment projects.
