With his extensive professional career in various positions in the US Federal Reserve System, including that of Executive Director of the Center for Latin American Economies at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Carlos stands out in macroeconomic modeling and cutting-edge research, guaranteeing technical precision analysis backed by decades of international experience and collaboration with key figures in global economic thought.
