LAA adds Corporate Social Responsibility and Regional Studies Directorate to its structure

Latin Aenea Advisors appreciates the trust of its clients and incorporates Solange Barthe Dennin, as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility, and Pedro Elosegui, as Director of Regional Studies, strengthening its connection with capital markets, corporate governance best practices, and expanding its capacity for applied and regional analysis.

Since its creation, LAA has been hired by international credit institutions, in addition to analyzing more than 20 investment projects in different sectors (renewable energy, mining, technology, construction, and industry) and being in the process of structuring those that surpassed a rigorous internal screening and due diligence process. These are located in seven Argentine provinces, Uruguay, and Brazil.

Solange brings to LAA a solid track record in investor relations and capital markets. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) and a Master's Degree in Finance from the University of CEMA (UCEMA). She has more than 25 years of experience developed in leading companies (Edenor, YPF Luz, Telecom Argentina, among others) in various industries (energy, public services, media, and technology) listed on local and international capital markets. In the academic field, she has served as an Adjunct Professor in Finance topics at different universities (UCA, UBA) and is the author and collaborator of chapters in various finance books. Her experience in financial communication, corporate governance, and relation with capital markets will be key to the development of the Corporate Responsibility area of the firm, consolidating LAA's commitment to transparency, sustainability, and corporate governance best practices in each project.

Pedro holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the Torcuato Di Tella University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the National University of La Plata. He built an extensive career at the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, where he served as Principal Manager of Economic Research. He is a professor at the University of Buenos Aires, the National University of La Plata, the University of San Andrés, and a visiting professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana, in addition to presiding over the Argentine Society of Regional Economics (SAER). At LAA, Pedro will lead the development of regional economy studies and applied analysis tools, strengthening the firm's capacity to advise investors, provincial and municipal governments, and multilateral organizations on infrastructure or direct investment projects.
